Guardian of a centuries-old tradition of the town and of my family, Luigi Viola, a retired primary school teacher who has always been passionate about nature and agriculture, after having taught for over 35 years, decided to devote his energies to the recovery, enhancement and diffusion of a nectar, which was in danger of extinction, the Moscato di Saracena.

Involving the whole family, from Margherita to his three sons Roberto, Alessandro and Claudio, to whom I have been able to convey my passion and love for our land, Luigi Viola has increased the production of this meditation wine, which, once proposed to the public and to industry experts, it immediately had an exceptional response.

Over time, the range of wines has been expanded, always focusing on quality, authenticity and elegance, using native vines such as Magliocco dolce, Guarnaccia, Malvasia and Mantonico. What was born almost as a bet has become a passionate and stimulating work.
