David and Rémi Couvreur represent the seventh generation of the maison that expands for almost seven hectares in the territories of Prouilly, Brancourt and Unchair.

The maison is exactly in Massif de Saint-Thierry, in the de Reims mountains, in the Champagne region, where quality wines have been produced for centuries. The vineyards are particularly difficult to work due to the slope, but the soil gives the wines something unique for over a century.

In the cellar, the vinification takes place in steel, without barrels, the wines carry out the malolactic and refine in the bottle from 2 to 5 years. All this allows the approximately 60 thousand bottles produced every year to keep the perfumes and typical hints of grape variety and terroir.
