Domaine de la Ville de Colmar was founded in 1895 by Chrétien Oberlin, it represents something unique in the Alsatian wine scene, thanks to its centuries-old history and a privileged position in the heart of the famous French region. This precious and varied land produces extraordinarily rich wines, starting with Gewürztraminer, obtained from the collections in the Hengst Grand Cru vineyard. The inclination of the hills favors a better exposure to the sun's rays, giving a wine rich in aromas. The Domaine stands on over 28 hectares of land, where the gaze is lost from the Clos Clos-Jacques vineyard, to the prestigious Hospices Civils Louis Pasteur de Colmar.
