Vineyards in Maremma since 1997

Poggio Argentiera was born in 1997 with the purchase of the Adua farm, dating back to the early 1900s, the era of the reclamation of the Maremma.

Morellino di Scansano began to be produced on the original 6 hectares, then the new winery was built and in 2001 the property was expanded thanks to the purchase of another farm, located in the hilly area of Bacinello, in the municipality of Scansano.

New plants were added to the old and precious vineyards and today the company has 20 hectares of productive land included in the Morellino DOCG.
