Engine signed products are organic distillates, produced with the "compound" method in Alta Langa, on the border between Piedmont and Liguria, the medicinal herbs and essential oils used to create it are all certified organic: the genetic make-up tells of alcohol of soft wheat in which juniper, sage, lemon, licorice roots and rose petals are left to infuse. A tribute that pays homage to one of the historical remedies of the Piedmontese tradition, namely the union of sage and lemon, a combination that in the past took the form of rosolio, cordial and liqueur, and which today promptly revives in the form of Gin.
