Order delivery

Vino Veritas for all shipments it uses cardboard packaging 100% recyclable tested with all national and international couriers that guarantee the maximum reliability in the transport of the product.

Vino Veritas shipments are fast and safe, we trust the best specialized couriers such as UPS, TNT, DHL, BRT, SDA, FedEx, Mailboxes.

Shipping costs are free throughout the Italian territory (including San Marino) for purchases exceeding the amount indicated below. We also reserve the cost of shipping in case of shipments to reach islands and remote places.

The delivery times (depending on the availability of the purchased product) are between 2 and 7 working days for Italy and between 5 and 14 working days for Europe.

In accordance with the months of August, December and the first 15 days of January, delivery times could be delayed as much as periods with more traffic.

Deliveries will be made from Monday to Friday, we ask for the correct execution of the delivery practices to indicate deliveries where there is always someone to pick up the goods, important to check the contents of the shipment. Before accepting, indicating in the form of delivery the courier any anomalies, InsO, the object of purchase once delivered to the carrier, the latter will be fully responsible for the integrity of the product, and will point out any anomalies.
