DISTILLATION This Gin is born with an artisanal method where in the first process the alcohol with the juniper is distilled, obtaining the base of the gin, then in the second phase a cold infusion is made, for about 10% of the total volume, (called COLD COMPOUND ) with 11 botanicals (citrus peel, cinnamon, licorice root, aniseed, juniper berries, pink pepper, horseradish root, ginger, cloves, allspice, cardamom), this second distillation process makes this distillate unique of its kind, with clear and intense scents, the whole is elegant and the taste is persistent
