DISTILLATION AND REFINING Pure single rhum, a small batch made from 100% pure Matos cane juice, a true expression of the historic hectares of Charles Albert Ruscade, known as Papa Rouyo, who as a point of honor has the traceability of his rums from the barrel to the bottle. the sugar canes used on the 16 hectares are of different varieties: Canne Jaune (B5992), Canne Rouge (R579), and Canne Matos (B 80.0689).
