DISTILLATION This Principia rum comes from a double maturation process, whereby it spent three years in ex-Bourbon barrels, while a further six years were spent aging in barrels previously used for the production of Oloroso Sherry, resulting in a Single Blended Rum Double Maturation product from the Foursquare Distillery and bottled by Velier, without the addition of sweeteners or colorings, it is bottled at full strength, to reveal the deepest essence of Barbados Rum upon sipping
