Santa Ana is a Gin produced by the distillers of the very famous Don Papa, a Gin that pays homage to one and perhaps the largest ballroom in the world, the very famous Santa Ana Cabaret born in the 1930s in Manila
DISTILLATION AND REFINING Gin produced using the classic bases such as Juniper, Coriander, Lemon, Bitter Orange, Angelica Root and Iris Root, plus Ylang-Ylang, Alpinia and Fennel flowers are added alongside the sweet notes of citrus fruits, in particular Calamansi known as Philippine lime and Dalandan oranges, partially distilled under vacuum where it allows all the fragrant substances to be extracted without the heat ruining the aromas
