VINIFICATION AND REFINING Campo ai Sassi Rosso di Montalcino has the same characteristics as Brunello but in a more youthful and disengaged version. It is in fact produced from the same grape variety, the Sangiovese, coming from the vineyards placed on very deep soils which give therefore perfumed and elegant wines. Maceration in 18 days, then malolactic fermentation carried out after alcoholic fermentation, it finishes aging in steel
