VINIFICATION AND REFINING This wine is produced with sangiovese, colorino and canaiolo grapes harvested by hand, then alcoholic fermentation in cement tanks for about 25 days, malolactic fermentation in cement tanks and aging for 24 months in Slavonian oak barrels, ending with about 3 months in the bottle
