VINIFICATION AND REFINING The Schioppettino Vignai da Duline is a wine that derives from 15-year-old vines on calcareous soils, vines grown according to the dictates of organic agriculture to safeguard the spontaneity of the territory. The fermentation takes place spontaneously with indigenous yeasts, accompanied by 12 days of contact with the skins, while the malolactic fermentation is carried out in oak tonneau, before being bottled and placed on the market the liquid is aged for 10 months in barrique
