VINIFICATION AND REFINING It is a cuvèe of red wines with a prevalence of Merlot and with wines from other red grape varieties, all from historic company vineyards, selected according to the characteristics of the vintage, where the historic 50-year-old vineyard is located on the top of the Ronco of Gramogliano with South-East exposure and Guyot training, manual harvesting, with collection in boxes for a yield of 50 q/h, the Merlot grapes are lightly dried partly on the vine, partly in boxes, depending on the vintage, after racking, stay in tonneaux or barriques for at least 36 months, followed by refinement of 12/24 months in the bottle before being released on the market
