VINIFICATION AND REFINING From vineyards owned by the Pio family to Cascina Il Bricco in Treiso, in the Barbaresco area, and to Colombaro in Serralunga d’Alba, in the Barolo area. Vinification from grapes harvested in crates; soft pressing and short cold settling. Fermentation in barriques, with long stay on the lees, aging on the lees, in barriques, for about 8 months, it ends up in the bottle for at least 6 months
