VINIFICATION AND REFINING From the assembly of grapes from two suitable areas of Trentino, the Sauvignon Blanc of the Moser winery is born, great minerality that comes from the calcareous soils grown at Maso Warth, on the Hills of Trento, the freshness is given by the pergola trentina vineyards on the sandy/porphyritic terraces of the Cembra Valley, manual harvest with selection of the grapes, soft pressing, fermentation in steel tanks and tonneaux (for a part less than 30%), finally the maturation ends in the bottle for at least a year
FOOD MATCHING It goes perfectly with summer aperitifs, delicate first and second courses, mixed salads, fish and savory pies
